MPD’s part number 6S-2/3A battery holder is an equivalent part to the Keystone 1029 and accepts CR123A, and CR2/3A batteries.  It sits 15.1mm above the PCB and is packaged in 100 piece trays.  The holder is crafted from self-extinguishing black glass-filled thermoplastic Polyester. Temperature range of -40c to +180c. The 6S-2/3A battery holder has a flammability rating of UL94V-0. the pressure contacts are made of nickel-plated stainless spring steel.  The 6S-2/3A has a dielectric strength of 560 volts/mil at 25°C for 5 sec. This part is RoHS2 compliant for worldwide distribution and surpasses ANSI/EIA standards, guaranteeing quality. The 6S-2/3A has resistance to solvents: xylene, ethyl, butyl, methyl and toluene.
